Bellair Ward Priests

I guess I just wanted to share with you a few of my experiences & let you know what I have been up to. So when I first got here to Texas, I struggled. My testimony had been shaken over & over again by some of the people here (this is, after all the Bible Belt). My knowledge & surety of the gospel waivered & I wasn't sure what I was doing here, & if I was doing any good. The scripture in Ether 12:6 has become more real to me than any other scripture. We will always be tried & our testimonies are never safe! But as I continued to work hard & press forward, my testimony has grown stronger than ever! I have seen miracles that I could have never imagined & received blessings I didn't know I needed. For instance, yesterday at church we had 2 investigators that came to church & they brought a friend. This friend they brought has been exposed to church members her whole life but never stepped foot into an LDS church. After testimony meeting she was in tears & after the 3rd block she said she would do anything to join this church because she knew we had something that every other church was missing (the spirit). My brothers I can tell you that I know without a doubt that this is Christs true church on the earth. I know that Joseph Smith was a prophet called of God to restore the priesthood to the earth. This message that I get to share on a daily bassis is of utmost importance & I know with all of my heart that it is true.
If you don't know whether or not it is true I beg of you to please read the Book of Mormon & find out for yourself. I can promise you as surely as God lives that he will answer your prayers as you earnestly seek to know for yourself. You are lucky enough to be in a position where you are sitting in my dad's office in Christs true church. Please do it for your self. You owe it to yourself to know that this gospel is true. I love and miss you all & I hope that you can all find the joy in the gospel that I have.
