Hey everyone!

This week has been a wild one for sure! There has been a lot of good and bad things going on. I'll bring up the bads first; Elder Boynton and I caught a cold and were sick for a few days. That stunk, being trapped in the apartment. Then yesterday, Elder Boynton and I were biking to someone's house and while we were biking down a residential street, a guy called to us from his car. We turned around and biked back to him. He asked if he could borrow our phone really quick and not long after we handed it to him, he floored it. We got our phone stolen.

Other than those bummers, the week was great! We had a young man come to church asking to be baptized. His name is JC Prieto. He is really a great young man. His father is a less active member from Columbia, but he really wants to do what is right.

Elder Porter and Elder Hansen (one of the sets of Spanish missionaries in our area) were out and about and got stopped by a guy that was taking the lessons in Mesquite and wanted to go to church.

The Howell family is doing great! They are planning on being baptized July 24th! They are just an incredible family and we are grateful to be able to teach them!
We were able to teach some amazing lessons and meet some great people! And we are looking forward to a great week.
